We first met Letty on January 18, 2002 to interview her about being the selling agent
on our property and today March 1 our escrow is closed. It has a whirlwind month and
I am so grateful that Letty has been our representative. These are the gifts she has
brought to our relationship in chronological order.
*She did exactly what I asked her to do on our first appointment
together. I wanted her to look at the property, advice us on needed
preparation, prepare a sales strategy and return with her plan. The
other two agents came with the neighborhood comps and said we should
sell for $25,000 less than we ended up selling for. They put the onus
on us if we wanted to ask for more. Letty said..Let's try otherwise we
will never know if we could have received that.
*She turned in the evening on Saturday night to sign the paper work to

Listing with Letty Cuevas was the best choice we could have made when
it came to selling our home in El Serenobased condominium.
The condo had been on and off the market for close to four years.
We were very motivated sellers, and the condo was in good condition,
but interest rates were fluctuating and the agents we had listed with had
proved to be either inexperienced or lacked motivation.
Letty was at work the moment she was hired. Within four days of handing
her the keys we had offer- and, as it turned out later, a definite sale!
Letty really showed she was serious about selling our home. Unlike some
